Red Bull has the highest market share of any energy drink in the world, it sells 6.79 billion cans every year. Red bull is also known for it's sponorship to many sporting events and teams.

Case Study
Red Bull, the multinational drink giant, which was sued by a Austrian named Benjamin Careathers, who was a regular consumer of the drink for over 10 years ,claiming that the soft drink whose tagline was " gives you wings" didn't give him wings or any enhanced athletic performance.
According to Benjamin Careathers, Red Bull deliberately misled consumers to spend on their drinks in hope of gaining an edge over their competitors.

Fearful about costly and time consuming trial, Red Bull winds up in a $13 million settlement. It agrees to pay $10-$15 to everyone who bought it between 2002-2014.
